Hello! I’m Abigail MacDiarmid, the Literary Editor at Brushfire. I am an English Literature major and Mathematics minor at the University of Nevada, Reno. My favorite genres are speculative fiction, magical realism, and gothic fiction, but I am open to any and all types of writing. One thing I love about this position is discovering new perspectives and writing styles. Greetings everyone! I'm Israel Cruz, Audiobook Producer for Brushfire. I am studying Applied Mathematics while minoring in Music Industry and Japanese. I love sound and anything to do with it and its transformation. When not racking my brain on maths I can barely understand or making some new cacophony I will probably be playing games with friends or trying some new series with my family.
Cheyenne McGregor is a sophomore majoring in the English Packteach program at UNR. Her favorite genre to both read and write is contemporary poetry/fiction. When she isn’t reading or writing, she likes to go on outdoor adventures with her husband and puppy in Carson City. Cheyenne is also an assistant director of True Colors Open Mic Night at the Our Center, and a soldier in the Nevada National Guard.
